Info: I'm Alexandra Jones and I am a Yoga therapist teaching in Malvern. I run the yoga studio here at the Wheel of Life centre. I teach a range of classes throughout the week, mornings and evenings. I offer one to one sessions, workshops and retreats. I also offer tailored sessions for small groups. The style of yoga I teach is inspired by Vanda Scaravelli who developed an innovative approach to yoga which is accessible to all. The yoga invites the student to move with the breath and develop flexibility in the spine.
It is a gentle yet strengthening yoga style which supports the individual to release, rejuvenate and let go of tension on all levels. I have a very friendly approach and warmly ease in new students into the classes. These classes are beneficial for beginners or experienced students and supports those with health problems.
