About me

I am a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy">BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy). I have a Master’s degree in Psychology and a wealth of learning from the School of Life!

I offer short-term and long-term counselling in a confidential and supportive environment, in Malvern, Worcestershire.

During my years of private practice, I have work with people experiencing a wide range of life issues - including bereavement, relationship difficulties, facing illness, addictions, feeling life is meaningless, questions around identity, stress, managing anger, anxiety and depression. As well as my private work I have also worked at a hospice with people receiving end of life care and with people who had been bereaved.

Please get in touch to ask any questions and to arrange an initial session.
