Info: I am a teacher in a School for children with Special Educational Needs. I have been involved with Kinesiology for the last 10 years and qualified as a Kinesiologist in 2016.

During a session I work with the client to help them really connect with the process, to experience changes in emotions, pain or fears that may be overwhelming them.

Many of us suffer ongoing stress and wonder why we develop aches and pains; lack energy, motivation or confidence; become overwhelmed with anxiety or life; or feel unable to move forward. It can sometimes take many years to experience such negativity, by which time we can forget what life is like without it. Past experiences can remain with us, buried deep in our subconscious and these become issues or blocks in the mind.

In 'Touch for Health' Kinesiology' I will work with you to explore what is underlying the issues you bring to the session before balancing each aspect (emotional, physical or psychological) which becomes relevant at that time. Various muscles are used to 'test' or monitor the body's state of balance in relation to an issue, and to find the most appropriate method to begin the body's healing process.

Please call if you wish to discuss this further or to make an appointment.Telephone:  07905177946

Testimonials

I was very open minded about Kinesiology when I first met Meryl. I had heard of the benefits and wanted to see if she could help me. Meryl put me at ease straightaway and she has such a calming voice! Meryl worked with me to find my goal and over the course of several appointments I managed to understand and feel just how much we block ourselves with emotions that go way back and also how we can block our future path by not dealing with things and getting on track. It is like a form of unravelling things that you really need to let go of. I had several ESR (emotional stress release) journeys that I hadn't realised were holding me back. I now see Meryl for what I call "top ups". I can honestly say that Kinesiology has really helped me and has opened my eyes to many things that I didn't know my body / mind were telling me. I would highly recommend anyone to explore Kinesiology and to experience the peace of mind and understanding that it gives you. Mandy

I had an amazing experience from kinesiology. I went to see Meryl to help manage the pain that I was suffering from as a result of my sciatica. Meryl was an incredibly thorough and calming therapist. Following the session my body felt profoundly relaxed. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who is looking to better their health. Anna

I am 40 weeks pregnant and have been suffering anxiety around the imminent arrival of my baby, so I visited Meryl to see if she could put me at my ease. Meryl used muscle monitoring to find where the relevant problems were held in my body and cleared them in various ways. Throughout, Meryl made me feel comfortable and made sure I was sitting in a suitable position for my pregnancy. It was amazing: I’d never have imagined some of the stressors that came up would have caused me issues with anxiety but clearly they have. After the balance, I felt very relaxed and much calmer and almost excited for what was to come.

If anyone is suffering anxieties or worries I highly recommend you book an appointment with Meryl. She is very special and will give you the courage and confidence you may need to begin your own personal journey.

I still feel amazing the following day. Thank you Meryl. Sian

From just one session of Kinesiology I feel like I have punched my way out of a paper bag! Since then I am a stronger, more confident person. VM
