STOTT Pilates is a contemporary approach based on the original core strengthening techniques pioneered by Joseph Pilates. It is internationally renowned for the quality of its teaching and constantly updates methods to keep pace with the latest medical research and exercise science.
Liz established her Pilates business in 2004. Her Pilates classes are designed to be fun but challenging.
Liz is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor in Matwork, Reformer, Stability Chair, Cadillac, Injuries and Special Populations and Stability Barre. She has a special interest and training in osteoporosis and also teaches pre and post natal Pilates. Liz is enthusiastic and takes genuine interest in the health and well-being of her clients, designing exercise routines to suit specific ailments.

Liz teaches 12 matwork classes per week at 5 different venues in Worcestershire and Herefordshire. Unlike some gym- based pilates classes, Liz keeps her Matwork groups small so that she can encourage safe practice, precision and progression to more challenging exercises.
One to One Classes
Liz is co-owner of The Ledbury Pilates Studio, a dedicated studio in Ledbury, equipped with reformer, stability chair and cadillac for specialist sports training and rehabilitation work. She receives referrals from medical professionals, GP’s, physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors who understand how Pilates can improve core stability, strength and flexibility to help prevent recurrence of injury. Following a full postural assessment, exercises are individually tailored to a client’s needs to help them to achieve their goals and develop an optimum recovery program.

Whatever your sport, whether equestrian, cycling, running, golf, racquet sports or general fitness, a personal Pilates training programme can be developed to enhance performance, reduce muscle imbalances and improve core strength.
(3) Women’s Wellness
Pilates has great benefits for pre and post natal exercise, pelvic floor issues and breast cancer recovery.
